Event: WOW Boat Party fundraiser in aid of Refuge

The lesbian and bi scene in London at the moment is booming with numerous events of every type, however they all have certain similarities in that they are in a bar, generally have a good DJ and include a queue at the bar. This event however has gone above and beyond the norm to give you a truly unique event; it is hosted on a boat! Yes, that is right, your event entry gets you the best view in town as you pass many of the amazing views along the Thames such as the London Eye and Tower Bridge.

WOW Events in conjunction with GayGirlNet present the Halloween Boat Party Fundraiser for Refuge

WOW Events hosted a number of boat parties in 2011 and they were all a huge success, this latest event is also a fundraiser for the charity Refuge. 100% of profits from the event will go to Refuge so as well as a good night out you'll get a warm fuzzy feeling.

This event is a classy affair, the boat hosts a variety of spaces, downstairs is a chill out space where you can chat with many of the lovely ladies aboard, whilst upstairs DJ Rachel Harvey is spinning the decks providing a space to dance the night away. Additionally to the rear of the boat is an outdoor space allowing a romantic backdrop - ideal for a first or second date, or a special night out with that special lady. From previous events these boat parties have a good mix of couples of single ladies, offering something for everyone.

The drinks prices on this boat are not to be sniffed at either, where else in central London will you find wine for £3.80 a glass and champagne £5.60 a glass?

This is one event where on the dancefloor you might just find that special lady who will make the earth move, although it could also be a wave from a passing speedboat making your world rock - if you don't go, you'll never know which it will be for you!
